Focusing-Oriented Relational Psychotherapy Supervision/Study Group

In this group we develop the skills and theoretical understandings that make up the art of Focusing-Oriented Relational Psychotherapy. These skills are not "techniques" applied similarly to each client, but movements in a spontaneous coordinated dance of healing and enlivening interaction. Participants are encouraged to find their own way with each unique individual patient and become adept and graceful at integrating the movements involved in resonant listening, focusing and attuned relating.

Advanced FORP Study Group

This bi-weekly seminar is for psychotherapists and psychoanalysts who are familiar with the principles of This bi-weekly seminar is for therapists who are familiar with the principles of Focusing and relational psychotherapy. We explore the clinically relevant philosophical writings of Eugene Gendlin as well as current articles in both the focusing and psychoanalytic traditions. Our learning is generated by lively introspective discussion, bridging the professional and personal, the conceptual and clinical.
